Bill Book Sizes, Copies and Numbering: How to Choose Before You Print
A bill book looks simple, but the wrong size or copy count can slow your counter every day. Decide these five things before you order and the print will fit the way your shop works.
The steps at a glance
Size
Pick the size by how you write the bill. A small book is quick for counter sales; a larger one suits itemised bills with many lines. Bring an old bill book, or send a photo, and we match the size.
Single copy or multiple copies
If you give the customer a copy and keep one for your records, you need more than one copy per bill. Tell us how many copies you want in each set and we advise how to arrange the book.
Numbering and pages
Numbered bills make it easy to trace a bill later and show that none is missing. Tell us the starting number, and how many pages you want in each book.
What to print on top
Shop name, address, phone number, logo and, if you are registered, your tax details. Check what must appear with your accountant. We can print from a single bill book, so you can try a design first.
