Letter Pad Design Guide for Shops and Offices
A letter pad is your business speaking on paper. A clean layout makes quotations and letters look serious. Here is how to design one that prints well and is easy to write or type on.
The steps at a glance
Top and bottom
Put your logo and business name at the top and keep contact details in a thin line at the top or bottom. Do not fill the middle of the page; that is where the text goes.
Margins and colour
Leave comfortable margins on all sides. If you add a background logo or watermark, keep it very light so that text on top stays readable and prints cleanly.
Quantity and size
You can order from a single letter pad. Tell us the size, the number of sheets in each pad and whether you want one or two colours.
