A bit notice is read in about three seconds. If the heading and the offer are clear, people keep it. Here is a simple way to write and lay out a handbill for a shop opening, an offer or an event.
The steps at a glance
Headline first
Say what it is in the biggest text: "Grand Opening", "Admissions Open", "Festival Offer". Then one line about the benefit.
The details people look for
Date and time, address with a landmark, phone number or WhatsApp. If space allows, add a small map or a QR code that opens your location.
Size and colour
Choose the size by how you will hand it out: small for hand-to-hand, larger for display. One colour is economical; multi-colour is better when you have photos of products. We print both.
Quantity
Tell us the size, one colour or multi-colour, and how many pieces. We quote on WhatsApp after seeing your requirement.
