Invitation (board) cards are printed once and checked many times. Planning the wording, quantity and proofs early saves you from the last-minute rush.
The steps at a glance
Wording and spelling
Write the full text in one document: names of both families, date, muhurtham time, venue and address. Have two elders check names and spellings, in Tamil and English.
Quantity
Count families, not people, and add some spare cards for late invitees and relatives. We print from 1 piece up to about 10 lakh pieces, so you can order a small sample first.
Proof and timing
We prepare a preview for approval. Check every date, name and phone number on the proof before you say OK. Start early so there is time to deliver the cards before the function.
Matching extras
Return gifts, name badges and plates with the couple's names can match the invitation design. Ask us about the full set.
