Bill Book, Bit Notice, Poster and Notice Printing in Trichy: What to Decide Before You Order
Shops, clinics, schools and small businesses in Trichy often need bill books, bit notices, posters and multi-colour notices at the same time. This guide explains what to decide before you order each one so the print comes out right the first time.
Bill books
You can order from a single book. Decide the size, the number of pages in a book, whether you need one copy or several copies per bill, and whether the bills should be numbered. Send your shop name, address, phone number and logo. If you are changing an old design, send a photo of your old bill book and tell us what to correct.
If your business is registered for GST, your bill usually needs the business name and address, your GSTIN, a bill number, the date, the item details, the amounts and tax. Check the exact fields with your accountant before you print a large quantity.
Letter pads and visiting cards
Letter pads can be ordered from a single pad. Visiting cards are printed too, with UV print and emboss print finishing available. See our visiting card design guide for the simple rules.
Bit notices (handbills)
Bit notices are for offers, openings and events. Keep the heading large, the offer clear and the phone number easy to find. Tell us the size, the number of pieces and whether you want one colour or full colour.
Posters and multi-colour notices
For posters and multi-colour notices, send the text and the photos or logo, and the size you need. We prepare a design preview for you to approve before printing. Multi-colour printing is worth it when photos or brand colours matter.
Labels and stickers for your products
If you also sell products, we print labels in waterproof (PVC) or normal material, and we can cut stickers round or along your logo outline. Our guide on how to create a product label explains what to write on it.
What to send us for any print job
- What you want printed (bill book, notice, poster, label)
- Size and quantity
- Your text, logo and photos (a phone photo of an old print is fine)
- The date you need it by
Price depends on the item, size, paper and quantity, so we quote on WhatsApp after seeing your requirement.
